Crêpe Making HOW-TO

How to Make My Crêpes :)

-7 Tbsp. of All-Purpose Flour
-4 white eggs
-2 cups milk
-pinch of salt
-pinch of baking soda

What to do:
-mix ingredients in a bowl until completely smooth
-heat skillet/pan on low heat
-add 1 tbsp. of olive oil/per crepe
-use a soup ladle to distribute one full scoop of mix onto pan
-make sure the one scoop of mix completely covers the base of the pan
-wait for the sides to turn crisp and golden brown
-use a spatula to flip the crepe onto the other side
-wait until golden brown and remove from pan
-repeat until mix is done ;)

-almond butter
-sour cream

and remember...THE FIRST 'blinchik' will always turn out the worst! :)
